The original steel-filled epoxy for patching, reparing, rebuilding and bonding all metal surfaces. Can be drilled, tapped, machined and painted and has a shelf-life of 5 years. It is used to attach the posts to the boot. Approximate price $115-136 CDN.

Notes

A suitable substitute is Loctite Steel Putty (No. 99914): Steel filled metal repair putty. However, the intermix ratio is only specified by volume. Whereas Devcon specify the ratio by mass and volume.
